We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in HR administration and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems are preferred.
